The process for the review of the College's mission and program array was designed to produce planning documents that were then incorporated into the College's comprehensive planning process. Within the context of the strategic plan, Rickes Associates (RA) confirmed the academic credit and non-credit program array, developed evaluation criteria for assessing the strength of the program array, and recommended ideas for new programs that anticipate the needs of students and the College's service area.

The information produced by the review teams was included in the master plan in order to inform the design of the College's facilities and was also carried into the next phase of the planning process to provide the foundation for the goals and objectives of the College's new strategic plan. (2003)
