EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Ms. Lori DeRosa specializes in master planning and has developed space programs ranging from individual buildings to entire campuses. Ms. DeRosa identifies current and future space needs as they relate to enrollment growth, program offerings, and strategic direction. She is also skilled in developing strategic plans, classroom utilization studies, and housing analyses.
Prior to joining Rickes Associates, Ms. DeRosa was a Business Systems Analyst at the Corporate Office of Mulberry Child Care Centers.
