EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Dr. Persis Rickes has over 25 years experience in higher education planning. Dr. Rickes established Rickes Associates in 1991 to help colleges and universities prepare for future challenges and remains directly involved in every project. Her extensive experience in interacting effectively with a variety of institutions combined with creative problem-solving skills allow her to generate viable solutions to institutional planning concerns.
Previously, Dr. Rickes served as Director of Planning for the University of Connecticut as well as Director of Facilities Planning at the Connecticut Department of Higher Education.
