EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Dr. Thomas Flaherty has over 35 years experience in higher education. Dr. Flaherty is a specialist in academic and strategic planning and an experienced team builder. He facilitates close collaboration between budget administrators, space planners, facilities managers, and senior leadership to maximize institutional planning.
Before joining Rickes Associates, Dr. Flaherty was Executive Officer for Planning and Analysis at Central Connecticut State University. He also chaired the New England Association of Schools and Colleges reaccreditation process for CCSU. He is a past President of the Society for College and University Planning.
